The economy is starting up again in many places, which means that more people are getting outside, interacting with loved ones again, and adjusting to the “new normal.” With this new normal comes a lot of responsibility, and health and wellness should be at the forefront of people’s minds. Things like maintaining a certain amount of distance from other people and wearing masks are now strongly recommended or essential, and it can be difficult to always have to be thinking about these 24/7. That being said, it’s important for us to be proactive with our health in as many ways as possible. We can do so by taking care of ourselves at home, and this can be accomplished by eating well, taking vitamins, or putting on a face mask.
There are plenty of sales occurring this summer, but the one you really don’t want to miss is Vitacost’s Cyber Summer Sale! It takes place from 7/20-7/24 with sales changing daily, so I’d recommend visiting throughout the week to catch different deals. KIND (15% off), Seventh Generation (25% off), and Burt’s Bees (25% off) are just a few of my personal favorite brands that will be on sale, and there are so many more participating brands. On top of these discounts, there will also be a sitewide code for 12% off everything from 7/22-24 and 15% off all supplements from 7/20-22. The codes are stackable, so feel free to use as many as you’d like and save some money 🙂
Ahead of the sale, I wanted to share a few items that I have my eye on.
Vitafusion Women’s Gummy Vitamins Natural Berry — 150 Gummies
This is actually a repurchase for me, because our bottle at home is half empty! The label doesn’t lie when it says the vitamins provide energy support; my mom takes these on a daily basis, and I don’t know anyone else who works such long, hard hours during the day and still has energy for kids at night.
Airborne Blast of Vitamin C Citrus — 64 Chewable Tablets
Every flu season, when I feel the slightest itch in my throat, I immediately take a couple of these tablets; I’m not exaggerating when I say that any discomfort is gone within 2-3 days. As a rising senior who’s never been sick throughout college, I highly recommend getting a bottle of these! Vitamin c has been an absolute essential for me for the last three years, and it’s definitely not going anywhere anytime soon.
Burt’s Bees Herbal Complexion Stick — 0.26 fl oz
I’ve tried my fair share of skincare products and have found that clean beauty often works the best for me. I love using tea tree oil and willow bark as natural acne treatments, and this product contains both. It’s a great alternative to the over-drying spot treatments that make your skin ultra-sensitive afterward.
Seventh Generation Laundry Detergent Alpine Falls — 100 fl oz
This is another tried and true product for me. Seventh Generation’s natural detergent gives your clothes a fresh, clean scent without any harsh chemicals. I’ve been using this for several years and plan to continue doing so for the foreseeable future.
Garden of Life mykind Organics Women’s Multi — 60 Vegan Tablets
I’ve been wanting to try these vitamins for a while, but the price tag has always given me second thoughts. These are definitely on the expensive side, so the Cyber Summer Sale is the perfect time to pick them up at a lower price point. I’ll definitely be clicking ‘add to cart’ in the next few days, and I have high hopes for this!
Derma E Hydrating Mist — 2 fl oz
Derma E is another brand I’ve been wanting to try. I’ve heard great things about their acne scar gel, but this hydrating mist is what piqued my interest most recently. Since my mornings have been extremely busy lately, I’ve only had time to use a facial mist. My current bottle is on its last legs, and I’d love to pick this up during the sale. It also contains hyaluronic acid, and a refreshing facial mist with an added boost of hydration sounds great to me!
Method Body Wash – Wind Down — 18 fl oz
The last thing on my list is this natural body wash from Method. I have their hand soap in every bathroom of my home, and my hands are rarely left feeling dry. This body wash not only claims to moisturize, but it also claims to soothe with chamomile, starflower, and blue lavender. This sounds promising to someone who showers in the evenings to wind down after a long day 🙂
I hope this gave you some ideas for items to purchase during Vitacost’s Cyber Summer Sale!

From the list, I have only tried the vitafusion gummies but I would be curious to try the burt’s bees lip balm with the tea tree oil. I love using tea tree oil in my hair. I’d be interested in seeing how it acts on my lips. Thanks for sharing -Josie xxx
